Reviews and Ratings
I had a nice stay overall at this hotel. The location is perfect for visiting Palm Springs and Palm Desert, and the rooms are spacious with an added bonus of a garage with bikes. However, I found the rooms a bit stuffy during the cool weather, and our rental car was too wide for the garage, but we managed to park right in front. Still, the space was very accommodating.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were some hiccups. The location was great, offering a lovely atmosphere, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Although the service was generally friendly, our check-in process was frustrating, having to wait until almost 7 PM in the Palm Springs heat. On the downside, cleanliness was a bit lacking, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I found the amenities enjoyable and the pools super clean.
The hotel had a spacious room with its own garage and included bikes for our use, which was a fun touch. The location was perfect for exploring Palm Springs and nearby Palm Desert. While the staff was friendly and eager to help, I had a disappointing experience with one of the responses regarding local attractions. Overall, it was a good value for money, even though a few minor things could be improved.
I had a pretty decent stay. The location is great for visiting both Palm Springs and Palm Desert, and the hotel is clean and comfortable overall. However, the service was a bit lacking, especially with some delays in fixing issues. The amenities are nice, but I did notice some traffic noise that was a bit distracting at times.
I had a nice stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms, but the service wasn’t as friendly as I hoped. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions, but parking can be a tight fit. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially considering the amenities like the pool.
